Local residents informed Afghanistan International that the Taliban arrested a young man on Thursday who was walking in Kote Sangi area in district 5 of Kabul city with a placard that read "In Search of the Amir al-Mu’minin [Taliban leader]."

They also sent a video clip showing the young man walking through the city.

There is no information yet about the identity of this young man. It is also unclear where he was taken after his arrest by the Taliban members.
