Taliban Announces Inauguration of Kazakhstan’s Chamber of Commerce in Herat
On Tuesday, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Taliban announced the opening of a Kazakhstan commerce chamber in Herat.
Taliban officials believe that establishing this chamber can boost trade exchanges and foster economic prosperity in Afghanistan.
They mentioned that at the inauguration ceremony, several group officials, including Nooruddin Azizi, Minister of Commerce, and Noor Ahmad Islamjar, the group's governor in Herat, were present.
Additionally, Arman Yessentayev, the head of the Kazakhstan Chamber of Commerce in Afghanistan, expressed hope during the event for the development of trade relations between the two countries and an increase in Afghanistan's exports to Kazakhstan.
The Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Taliban said that the experience of holding an exhibition of Afghan products and productions in the city of Astana, Kazakhstan, shows the increase of Afghanistan's exports to this country.
